Would someone be kind enough to point me in the right direction for a simulator download? i don't have my pronto remote yet (just ordered it) but want to see the contest winners' entries.

navigate to the downloads and sign up for an account (you have to log in) then download the newest version of PENG.

The emulator is a component of the editor. (you will get a CD with the Pronto, but you need to insure you use a version of PENG matching the firmware version on the Pronto you receive, i.e. the PENG download is probably newer than the one on the CD)

Or download the editor from here. And you will need ProntoProEdit NG (not ProntoEdit NG) to see the 7000 PCFs.

thanks to you both -tool me a second to realize that PENG was 'ProntoProEdit NG 1.0.10' -i must be pretty thick in the head.

PENG is actually ProntoEdit NG. ProntoProEdit NG is PPENG.
