I just my TSU3000 back from Philips, I got the touch screen replaced. I only had the remote for 3 days before my wife cracked it by accident. Anyway, I spent $120 plus shipping to get it fixed, took 2 weeks to get it back and the top right corner of the screen (next to the Channel hard buttons) makes a creaking noise when you push the screen. My question is, does anyone else have this problem with their remote? If your answer is “No”, would you send it back to get it repaired? I know it seems anal but I already spent over $400 for the remote. It works fine just a little annoying and I don’t want to sink any more money and time into this. What would you do?

Call Philips and explain that the remote was not repaired properly and the screen squeaks following the repair.
Instruct them that you want a replacement remote ASAP and instruct that they use priority shipping.
Also request that they drop-ship you a remote once you provide them with a UPS tracking number of the one you are going to return.
