I cannot get the Tools button to work properly, even though when it's properties are checked, they're set to the hard coded 'Tools' option. Because of this, I cannot learn any codes from my remotes! Any suggestions or anyone else seen this?
BTW, it's a TSU3000. I'm trying to learn a Folder button from my new Sony ES series 400 DVD changer.

Actually I haven't tried that. Before the upgrade I never had to press it any longer than any other button. Did something change that I don't know about?
