Has anyone else had a problem with the TSU-3000 (latest firmware) rebooting whenever you press a button (or screen button)? The batteries aren't flat - I've checked them with a battery meter. Does this sound like a hardware problem?

Ian - The TSU 3000 is a nightmare without the docking station. It should have never been sold without it. I had the same problem with mine until I bought the station. Even if your batteries are strong, it likes to see them VERY strong. Expect a week or less from alkalines. If you upload / download to the remote alot - expect a day or less. Cheap or generic batteries may not have enough juice even right out of the package. To answer your question - there is a hardware problem. Unfortunatly it is a problem with all of them.

Thanks. Unfortunately I live in the UK, and the docking station is virtually impossible to get hold of. Looks like I'll need to order one from the USA!

I think you will find the docking station fairly easy to get in the UK as I'm positive the docking station is the same as the Eurospec Philips SBCRU951 Doc. Try unbeatble.co.uk (£38.99 and awaiting stock - I got mt RU950 from them with the docking station), letsautomate.com (£44.65 and 69 instock)or amazon.co.uk (£59.99 and in stock) A search on ask.co.uk will bring up many suppliers for the RU951 Dock so may also bring up the TSU 3000 dock.
Good luck
