I just downloaded the software onto my tsu3000 its seems i have lost the ability to get into the TOOLS area on the remote to adjust any settings or teach the remotes any commands from other devices Help?

You now have to hold the button for several seconds. Don't know why.

They made the interface simpler for the 7000 and this has now been carried over to the 3000.
[Tools is now under System Settings, which means that only one button is used instead of two. To get to System Settings requires a several second push.]
