I'm scrolling to next and previous page with the hard cursor keys on my pronto. Is it possible to define actions on moving to next or previous pages?

Nope - the page up and page down are special actions and, as such, are defined alone.

Use buttons on your pages to jump to next and previous pages. Then you can add any actions you like.

I understand your question. Yes you can. In the properties window of your soft button, select "special actions", then select page up or page down from the special actions list. Isnt that special. You cant, however, use special actions with ease in a macro, but why would you need to. Just "create jump" directly to the page you need.

I think you misunderstood his question. From my interpretation of what you are asking, as far as I can tell, there is no way to have a page flip triggered by the hardkeys also trigger a specific macro. Those buttons seem to be single purpose, and there is no way to detect when they are pressed and take any action, to the best of my knowledge.

The *only* non-configurable hard buttons are Backlight, Page Up and Page Down. Everything else can be customized (however, if you use the Navigate Screen feature, you cannot customize what it does).
