Where can I find an idiots guide or simple user manual on how to move buttons around on my pronto 3000? I am somewhat computer savvy, but by no means a programmer or anything close to that.

Also, if I have already programmed a bunch of learned commands, will I lose them when I re-configure?

Thanks.

I'd say start with the Pronto FAQ - you can get it here:
