I am a new user. I am trying to download a configuration file from Pronto ProEdit NG to the
TSU7000. I already Uploaded the default configuration,then I customized entry-4(pcf.) file
for my home theater. But when I download to remote
I get a message Download failed. I am running
V 3.0.42.3 What's wrong

What operating system are you using? Early windows xp versions need service pack 1 to operate properly.

I have Windows XP Home and have downloaded service
pack 1 along with all avalible updates.

Known causes of download failure include very large PCF files, and USB problems. Make sure you are using a fully powered USB port directly on your computer and not a hub.
