Yes. The only differences are: - RF frequency used (only an issue if using the RF Extender) - internal codes database is different (but most people don't use it) - the power pack for the docking station (you can easily buy a 240V one at any electroncis store)

Its difficult to find dealers shipping abroad and accepting credit-cards. BH Photo-video worked after some research very fine for me (cheap and fast). They only need a copy/PDF of your passport along with your CC. But mind the shipping costs of about US$ 50.

I live in the UK and bought mine from BlueDo.com. They're really easy to deal with and very helpful. Saved about £200 on the UK price. Aske them to declare the remote as a gift with a low value ($50) and the import tax will only be about £24.00. For security they ask for a scan of your credit card with some of the numbers blanked out. From placing my order the remote arrived 5 days later.

Renzo,
I love the remote! I previously used a RU890, the original b/w model, and there's just no comparison. The colour screen is superb and fully customisable. You can get a voltage converter (actually called a step down transformer, I believe) from Maplin, either on line or from the high street. I actually just used the power supply from my old Pronto. From other threads I've seen on here I think you can also take the US power supply into Maplin and ask them for one with the same spec that will work on UK 240V.
I think BlueDo offer a free extended waranty! But if you have any doubts then just e-mail them with your queries, they're very responsive. When I bought mine I must have e-mailed them 3 or 4 times with different queries and they answered every time with no problem.
If I were you mate, I wouldn't hesitate a minute longer!!

Grendel, you do not want a step down transformer. All you need is to replace the 110V power pack with a 240V power pack. That should be around 10 pounds.

Renzo, Now I'M biting my nails! The power pack from my old RU890 works just fine on my TSU7000 so I guess the Marantz power pack should do the job. Peter, Thanks for the tip!

As far as I can remember the next thing I got was an e-mail from UPS with the order tracking details.
