Yes you can. After you set up your button for HBO (or whatever) you would edit the action list of that button and enter the "jumps" (kind of like a macro) to select all the digits from your dish network receiver. I have submitted a pcf that has all off the DirecTV icons that will select that channel by pushing the channel icon. (It’s not been loaded yet, but there are several in the files section that do the same thing).

I have done this with my RCA DTC-100 and, while it usually works, it sometimes bobbles the station by not catching all of the numbers (for example, I sometimes get chanel 2 instead of 259). No regular pattern that I see on this. Individual button pushes to the numbers which I have coded into the pronto work. I have built delays into the macro before and after the number pushes, but that doesn't help. I am using a Niles IR extender, and I had a bad flasher once, but that doesn't seem to be the problem now. Anyone had this and solved it or otherwisae have suggestions?

Reading further, I see under post "Pronto NG Firmware and Editor" that the problem I am having may be from the firmware update I just did (I did not have this problem before the update!).

yes, in the old firmware there was a long delay between macro steps. The new firmware has fixed that. So now the delay is too short for your device and so it misses some steps. Try increassing the delay between #
