How do you get screen shots of the 7000 (to include with a PCF submission)?

In Windows:

Start up the Pronto simulator and navagate to the screen you want.

Press and hold CTRL(Control) and press PrtScn(Print screen). This will copy your screen to a memory buffer.

In your paint program, open a new blank document and press CTRL V (or from menu: Edit/Paste) to paste the image.

There's a much easier way.

Start up the emulator.

Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard when you want to take a screenshot.

Look in C:\ProntoProScreenShots for files called screenshotxxx.bmp, where xxx is a number that increments for each screenshot taken. If you stop the emulator and load it again, the file numbering begins from 001 again.

Get a freeware program called "Gadwin Print Screen" available on most of the shareware sites. Trivial to use, excellent results.
