All,

There's a wonderful thing that I found with the TSU7000 very late in the Beta Test Cycle that has not yet been fixed.

I'm posting this as I presume the problem also exists for the TSU3000.

Conditions:
All Device Pages in a PCF are hidden.

It appears that the firmware logic displays the Device Left/Right buttons while on the Home page even if there are no unhidden Pages. If either of these buttons are pressed, the remote Hangs.

There's a simple workaround this problem. Ensure that at least 1 Device Page is not hidden.

How can this occur? While undocking or docking the remote, your finger drags across either the Device Left/Right button. The only way you know this has happened is that the remote becomes unresponsive to any button presses.

Reset corrects the problem.

Ultimately, you should edit the PCF and have at least 1 unhidden page in a single device.
