This may have been brought up already, but the new firmware is working much better with my sony Wega TV. The macro I've been using for the last year to turn on and off 16:9 was about 1/2 the comands it should have been (should have been menu left left down down down down down right up menu, was menu left down down right up menu) and it worked about 75% of the time because of this. Now I can use the macro with the correct sequence, and so far has worked 100% of the time.
Now if Sony had only included a descrete code for turning 16:9 on and off I wouldn't have had any of these issues, but that's a whole nother issue. Just thought I'd share some of the good from the new update.
