I've tried updating two Pronto TSU300/01 remotes to the new firmware v.1.5.5 using updater 3.5.15 and both remotes show no visable graphics/buttons/anything, using a custom template that i have made or even the default display that comes with the remote. The buttons are there, as they elicit the response tone and action, but you cannot see them. Any info would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks,

I am seeing the same thing. When I jump to some of my pages, the display goes blank until I reset the remote.

When I reset the pronto, I can see the Pronto opening screen but then when it goes to my home page, I can't see anything. If I re-flash it with the new firmware and don't keep my custom config. file, but let it load the default template, I still can't see anything.

If you load the default.pcf in the unit, does it work? If yes, then I would suggest you try opening a new pcf an merging your old one into it and see if that fixes it.
