Up to early April, I'd say. But soon!

I'd be happy to wait as long as it takes to fix the double-press "feature", but I'm not holding my breath on that one. Improvements in IR and macro speed and battery life would certainly be welcome. I don't care about timers or multi-line text.

Reminder to Philips: battery life would automatically improve if you would allow us to control if and when the screen is activated by the hard buttons! get it, got it? doubt it.

Oh yeah, it could be worse. After all, the last version of PENG created the "corrupted links" problem.

New firmware and a new version of PENG should most likely be out tomorrow.

Daniel,

Will this new version of PENG help translate our ir codes to something that will work on all our equipment like the TSU 6000 did, this toggle or 7000 code is driving me nuts.

The release notes I have mention improved recognition of "problematic" codes.

I think it's awful that DT and others post these responses. Where the hell is Philips? Slipping bits of info to trusted outsiders ain't the way to win friends and influence people as the old saying goes.

Dear ProntoTeam

What about us users that mailed our registrations in as requested by the card that came with our units at time of purchase?

Where is our email notice?
