hi, if anyone knows why I can't pass the codes from my Denon 3801 to my Pronto via the Learning function please let me know. It always fails and I am frustrated. I am not into downloading from the net since I have a mac and haven't figured that stuff out, so if there is a way to get the unit to accept the Denon's signal I would appreciate it.

Thanks!

Remember, the Pronto's sensor is at the back and not the front! That's the biggest and easiest mistake to make!
