i download rc5000 setup v2.0 and v2.1 but it must be damaged or corrupted because it doesn't work . after installing the software i use it and a screnn appear telling me " opération non conforme " and the program stop so i can not download codes and ... to my remote. i try to download rc5000 v2.0 many other times on different sites but none of them want to work.plaese help me

It might be related to some DLLs from your french version of Windows.
"opération non conforme" means "illegal operation"

This problem can be caused by your video card. Trying reducing the level of hardware acceleration.
