i recently moved both my office and home and could not find the cable to download updates to my pronto. with help from other posts on this board, i managed to get through to philips. however, the phone listed in another thread sent me to the philips dvd help line. the correct number to call for parts at philips is
800-292-6066. the part # for the cable is 310-420-050-961. cost was ~$14.50 with shipping. thanks to others on this board for steering me in the right direction. had checked all the computer/entertainment/camera stores in my area and came up empty.
