Over the past few months my Pronto has required resetting about once a week.
On my cable tv panel I lose the channel up/down control and a few other devices. After resetting it works ok.
any idea why it needs the resetting?

Are you running the latest firmware, included with ProntoEdit v1.05?

I have been having this same problem. After a short period of time, my channel and volume buttons stop working. If I reset or upload again, they are fine for awhile.
Also, my buttons don't work unless I tap the screen to activate the Pronto. I don't know if that is normal, but it is annoying.
Can anyone help us?
