If like me you got prontoedit from the philips site - thats you're prob. Its version 1.03 and it didn't work for me.

Get version 1.05 from http://www.prontoedit.com

When you click on "Details", what does it say?

There is no "Details" to click on. I connect my Pronto via the cable with Prontoedit running, I then click on the icon upload from Pronto. It connects then somewhere along the line I get Error Uploading Configuration from Pronto. No problems downloading to Pronto though.

Ah. Well, try activating the Pronto's screen and setting it to the HOME panel.

I've tried that as well but to no avail. Any other suggestions?

I had this problem as well - I fixed it by connecting the pronto cable directly to my laptop rather than via the docking station com port.

The docking station com port works for other devices.....
