Just wondering if anybody has done an a-b comparision with thd old pronto to see if the screen has improved over the one that everyone has been complaining about?

Several suppliers of screens; same as the TS 1000--no improvement!

It's mostly comparible to the original TS-1000, and better then the "bad" TS-1000's.

My new one had a blue backlight. Do some of them have the Samsung Green backlight? How would or could you know which the dealer had?

They're all some form of "aqua".
