PaintShop Pro can capture almost whatever you want.
Set PaintShop Pro to capture "Windows" and "Multiple captures" without "Cursor" and choose for example "F11" as your hotkey.

Load your ccf with ProntoEdit/RC5000setup and start the Emulator. Right-click the Emulator and disable "Transparent". Now 'surf' through your panels and press "F11" at everyone without opening PaintShop Pro.
The capture function stops if you reopen PaintShop Pro and you will have to start the capture sequense once more.

You can also press the PrintScrn key while using the emulator and it will save screenshots to C:\ProntoScreens (or somewhere like that). It does save the mocked-up Pronto border, though, so you might still prefer the screen-grabbing method.

In the emulator, pressing PRINTSCREEN will save a .bmp of just your file to the directory Leo mentions. It will also copy, to the clipboard, your entire screen display as-is.

Pressing Alt-Printscreen in Windows will copy the focused window to the clipboard. (So you can capture the entire emulator instead of just the panel.) Then you can paste it into whatever image program you have (Paint, Paint Shop Pro, etc.).
