I have been unable to download anything from Prontoedit into my new Pronto. I upload from Pronto, make modifications to the panels, save the modifications, and then download to Pronto. I get a message "download complete" and the remote beeps twice, but the modified configuration does not appear. I have tried "merging" when prompted, "replace" when prompted and everything else I can think of. Any ideas out there?

Thanks,

Stephen

One possibility is that you have not cleared "Home Panels are Write Protected" on the Systems Properties. If you don't do this, the Pronto generates its own Home Page.

Check your devices to see if they've changed. If they have, then Peter's got it. Otherwise...

Thanks for your suggestions. I discovered (from an earlier post) that when I went into the learn mode, I found my new configurations. I get the impression from reviewing many different threads that ProntoEdit is not the most user friendly program. Thanks for your help.
