I have one Device source icon on my home screen for watching TV by itself and one for watching TV with all the HT speakers on. Both, however, use the DSS chanels. The difference in the Alias list is that the TV only doesn't turn on the Receiver. Once I execute the Alias list in the TV only, I jump to the screens for the DSS source.

Once I jump to a screen under the DSS, do all those screens use the Properties of the DSS device?

I'm not certain I get this -- by "Properties of the DSS device" do you mean the hard button setup for DSS? Yes. Do you mean the action list? No, that's only sent out if you select the device from the Device menu or alias those commands (by aliasing the device itself) in your macro.
