I have a bunch of backgrounds I want to use. They are monochrome already. How do I size them to fit in order to fill the whole background of a panel?

Once you have the bitmap the size you want it, create a frame (assuming you only want this picture as a background) on the panel for which you want the background. In the frame properties, click the ICON tab and then click load. From the directory/file list, choose the filename of your bitmap. The picture must be 240x219 pixels (or less) and 256 colors or less.
