You have to phone up and ask for the price since they do not display it on the website. I asked about 10 times if they were sure it was the tsu2000 and not the tsu1000. Ask for the pronto and recharger as a package and they will add the recharger on for $65.

Use extention 1056 to go straight to the guy I dealt with.

You can get the 2000 from J&R Music world for 279 if you buy the docking station with it.

Shipping was $9.95 but someone said they got the shipping for free.

Yes, Outpost.Com's electronics is from Tweeter. They're having a firesale on the 1000's to get rid of inventory ("while they last"). Notice the 2000s are in stock at the old $399 price.

I paid $200 (shipping and tax included) for my 1000 model Pronto. Except for the crap charger, I'm delighted with what I bought and what I paid. And I'm not sure I'd like the silver color better.... but that's just my personal preference.

I bought a TSU2000 from J&R on Sunday (12/10) for $260 but I've since read they won't honor that price anymore. In another thread someone said they'll only go as low as $280 now. J&R's number is 800-221-8180.
