i just got a pronto remote and have it all programmed using pronto edit. One thing I did was to set up my right hard key button to turn on my home theater and go to DSS. I set the left button to shut everything off. It works like a charm as long as the screen is awake. If the screen is off though, the macro starts but then stops in the middle until I touch the screen and then it finishes. When this happens I sometimes have a code or two that does not go thru. This happens on startup and shutdown. Any ideas or fixes out there? Anyone else having the problem? Please respond to my e-mail address [email protected]

Thanks

Dave

This a known problem that should be addressed in the next software update (release TBA). For now, I believe all you can do for now is not put certain macros on hard buttons. :-)

I have the same setup, and I just got into the habit of tapping the screen first then pressing the hard button.
