Dumb question:

Where do you get the Pronto font for Windows? When I try to preview button labels in the RC5000 setup application, I can't see up/down arrows etc. I am guessing this is a Windows Font issue.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks.

Ther are some known font problems. First of all, reboot after installing the software. This should fix up a totally absent font.

There are also problems related to the version of Internet Explorer you have installed, which cause funny looking characters to appear. 5.0 causes some problems, 5.01 is OK, 5.5 has problems on some operating systems but not Win2000.
