I don't have any problem with COX digital which uses General Inst. cable boxes. What brand and model of box will you be controlling?

Mark,
If NTL provides you a Pace DiTV1000 digibox the Pronto will not be able to learn the remote codes.

Well, I phoned NTL and spoke to a very helpful chap who brought up all the specs, but couldn't tell me the make and model number of the box. I live in the South East in an Ex C&W area. Any more thoughts?

Ex C&W customers are the ones with the problem. I live in the NW, ex C&W and I'm not getting digital until this has been resolved.

So what boxes do Prontos not work with ?

It does not work with the Pace DiTV100 which is currently being deployed in Telewest and all Ex C&W NTL areas.
It works with eveything else, including the Pace Di4001 which is currently being deployed in original NTL areas.
