I just recently purchased a 5000i and noticed that I have a hard time seeing the screen in a dark room with the backlight on. Is there a way to adjust it so that its brighter? Is this a problem that others have encountered?

Yeah I have the same problem? Is the backlight on the Pronto and RC5000 as bad? Does anyone know how to force this thing to stay on by default whenever the screen is active?
How about changing the delay before the screen goes blank? How do you change these?

Go to the setup menu; on the second page move the "Level" all the way to the right.
This would keep the backlight On every time the
screen is showing.
And about adjusting light brighter.. i don't know
if you can?
