I use my Pronto in my bedroom and just installed a Hunter Ceiling Fan with remote. I have been unable to learn the codes from its remote either directly or through the software. Has anybody else tried this or have access to the codes?

Eric-

Are you sure the remote is IR and not RF? (radio frequency)

If you can control the fan without pointing, without line-of-sight, from under a pillow or blanket (see the "blanket" post for a laugh!)it's RF and you're pronto-toast.

I saw the blanket post :)

I think it's IR. It has a little red light on top. I'll try it from under the blanket, bed or body.

I tried it from another room. Duh. It's RF. What type of remote did you have trouble with? Might there be RF support in a future product?
