When I try to download to the Pronto the software says: Pronto not connected or not responding

Im using windows 2000 and the serial ports are recognized with no conflicts and the remote appears to work fine, any ideas? Im stuck.

Thanks Eric

I got it going. What I had to do was disable com-2 and put the pronto and com-1 and it worked. If both com ports are on it will not work, go figure.
