I am curious if anyone has heard anything positive or negative from this dealer.

Mike -

They are a sponsor of this site, so I would think they are reliable. I have seen a few postings from others who purchased their prontos from etronixs and have read nothing negative about them.

Thanks Tom. I guess one can never be too careful these days.

I agree. In fact, if you order from them, please post what your experience is like. I am in the market for a Pronto TSU2000 (rather, my wife hopefully is for Christmas!!), and may order from them as well if all goes well with you. Thanks!

Mike;

Just ordered one from Etronixs ($265.00 shipped)!

Great service...received my Pronto 3 days later. They even send an email with the UPS tracking number after 5:00 pm on the day the unit ships!

It would be nice if ALL "e-tailers" where this professional!

Walt -

Did you get a TS-1000 from Etronixs for $265, or the new TSU2000? Thanks!

Denis -

They must have been referring to the new TSU2000 on the Philips web site. It has 2 MB of memory and includes a database of 1000s of IR codes for many makes of equipment.

I bought a UCommand 616 from etronixs. Placed my order on Sunday. Order didn't ship until Wednesday.

I bought my Pronto from Mercata. $197 shipped. It shipped next day.

Might have to do with availability of UCommand.

P.S. I returned UCommand. I'll post here if anything strange happens.
