Just had delivered a Denon AVC A1SE amp which comes with its own Marantz like remote - RC 871 - much bulkier, not as intuitive, no docking station etc. etc. as the Marantz.

Anyhow, down to my problem - it has a jog stick control which you have to press to “enter” - Marantz
does not seem to want to learn this action.

Also, in order to access the onscreen set-up functions for the amp there is a button on page 2/5 “CURSOR/PAGE” - again Marantz does not seem to want to learn this function.

Has anybody solved this problem?


Glad to say that the amp is a million times better than its remote.
