Can't get the firmware updated, i'm stuck on 4.7 and the update to 5.1 which comes with the software 2.1 doesn't seem to load into the RC. This results in the following: when a new configuration is uploaded, i only have to touch a button and i get the message "configuration file corrupted" the only choice left is "revert". Can someone help me out?

Hello Gerard,

Did you choose the correct memory-size?
It's 1MB for Europe.

Gerard,

I had the same problem. The config is corrupted because you may have an offending command, i.e. "back" or "jump" that isn't compatible because you havn't upgraded yet.

Solution:

Break apart your ccf into parts. Save a different ccf for each device. Then start with a master ccf of one of the devices and download that into the pronto. If it takes it without giving you the corrupt error, then merge the next device and re-save the ccf. Then you will be able to isolate which device is causing the offending command.

It's most likely a "back" or "jump" button.

I hope this helps.

-Jon
