Well, i've been lurking on the forum, and I'm finally ready to ask a question, so here goes.
- How do I go about resizing a frame? I've found how to resize each individual piece, but it seems my BMP files need to be the exact size of the frames segments? Is there an easier way?

You can resize a frame under its properties settings.
If it has a bitmap it cannot be resized - it assumes the size of the bitmap.
