I have heard you can get a screen protector for the Pronto. It is suppose to be a clear adhesive that goes right on top of the screen. I have seen it for the Palm pilots, but heard that I need one made for the Philips PDA. Does any one know where I can buy this? I have checked CDW and CompUSA without luck.

Do a search in this foruum for "protector". I have seen an add for these here but it's been a few days.

I got a package of Palm screen protectors at Office Depot for about 8 bucks. The screen is exactly the same size on the Pronto so I can use them for both. They even supply a squeegie to get the bubbles out. Works great, but I did have to trim a tiny bit from the top of the protector. And be sure to totally clean the screen first.

I went to Officemax last Tuesday and purchase a package of 12 WriteRIGHT PalmPilot screen protectors. I had to cut about 1/8 off the bottom for them to fit the pronto screen. The plastic screen protector is provided on a small piece of cardboard, so cutting 1/8 inch off was easy. I put the screen protector on the pronto and it is working great. Cost $19.95 for 12 which should last upward of 1 year or so, maybe longer since you don't use a stylus on the pronto like you do on the palm. This is working great for me...

Lance, et al., I bought my WriteRights from a CompUSA the last time I went to Buffalo. Following the advice I got from this forum I bought the one for the Philips Nino PDA and it fit quite nicely, no trimming needed! You may be able to order directly from Kitchen Concepts, just check out their website...or is it Concept Kitchens?

Jim,
Can't get the link (from the other thread) to work. I also am interested in the Pronto screen protector.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Matt
