Hi, The 25 cent question. I have had a pronto for six months, no problems. Went to update it and forgot I got a new computer, reinstalled pedit v.1.05, worked like a charm uploading from pronto, when finished, i cant get it to download back to the device. Is there a software update in the remote itself I missed in the last couple of months? Any other ideas? Thanks, leave an address for me to mail the quater.

You may not have downloaded the latest firmware into your Pronto. From Tools menu, select Update.
