Just picked up a Pronto today for my parents as I'm visiting them for the week. I need to get this remote set up for them in that time. I got home and tried to go to the Phillips website to register the remote and get ProntoEdit but the site is down!

Is there anyone willing to send me a copy of ProntoEdit to [email protected]

Thanks in advance!

Just sent it, but it is 4Mb. Don't know if Micron will allow you to accept attachments that large. You'll need winzip or some other unzipper . . . have fun. . .

I'm in need of the ProntoEdit software as well. Does anyone know when their web site will be back up?

The software is avalilable on this site as well as the prontoedit site. Just go to files instead of chat and the next page will give you the software option.

Yeah...except that these two sites points back to the Philips download sites...which is the problem in the first place....

Fortunately, the Philips site is up again...so problem solved.
