I just got my Pronto, which is wonderful, and now want to work with the advanced features ProntoEdit provides. Unfortunately I too am getting an illegal operation shutdown due to a divide error in module user.exe at 0004:000053d9 as another poster on the forum had. I tried the suggestions given to no avail. I am using a Pentium 100 machine. Any advice? It's a shame not to be able to access the properties sections of the program due to this. Thanks.

One thing I might recommend is shutting down all other programs. Mine had a real problem with microsoft outlook. You might even right click and close all programs in the system tray.
