I have started edit my new pronto and some icon and buttons do not show up whe I download or run the emulator.. I'm a little lost

a button will show iff it has an action associated with it

Basically, if you don't give a button something to do, it will not show up in normal use. You can still see them in LEARN or LABEL modes.

Brian,
the easiest thing to do, to get your buttons to show up, is to assign a 0.1sec delay to them. After you've finished your design work, you can assign more appropriate functions to those buttons.
