I am getting application errors when trying to learn ir codes. It happens about 95% of the time. I have the latest software and firmware.

I am running Windows 2000. I have tried it on two of my systems, both running Windows 2000.

Any ideas?

It is a well known problem that learning from ProntoEdit is unreliable especially on 2000/NT.

You need to learn your codes directly on your Pronto.
