I stopped a download from Pronto Edit before it was complete and now my Pronto will not respond at all. All it does is beep and stays blank.
I've tried the reset button to no avail. I can't upload, download, or update via Pronto Edit.
Can anyone help?

You need to update the firmware -- it can be tricky. Keep rebooting the remote and trying to update the firmware.

I was finally able to update the firmware through Pronto Edit and reload my CCF file. Now things are working again.
