Ok I have finally broke down and bought a pronto and man I am kicking myself in the head not buying it sooner.. wonderful. Quick question.. now i am editing in pronto edit and want to create my own buttons and menus such... I am an avid Photoshop user... can I create buttons there and import them into pronto edit.. is there any good web sites with tutorials on this porcedure.. seems that remote central has no good tutorials on how this can be acheived. Also what are these discrete ir commands that everyone is asking about and using.. does the remote to remote learning a bad way to program buttons? Sorry for all the questions and would appreciate any help someone can give me via email or on the forum.
Regards,
Tony

HI, check http://www.prontoedit.com/there are tutorials. Also this site under files has the ProntoEdit PDF manual. You sure can use Photoshop to do your buttons. Just make them grayscale and save as bmp files. Discreet commands are unique commands like your video has power on/off button which either turns it on or off according to which way it is. If you had discreet off command you could make a macro that willl turn all your components of instead maybe turning some of them on (I hope my explanation makes any sense to you).
