I am looking at buying a Pronto and I am a bit confused on the programing aspect. Do I need to either download a CCF file or sit there and teach IR codes to the unit. Or is there a third way to get IR codes in like downloading a IR Database ? I know with the high end touch screen that's the case ...

You can do that.

>or sit there and teach IR codes to the unit.

You can do that, too.

>Or is there a third way to get IR codes in like downloading a IR Database ?

Yes, you can do that as well.

You can also enter the IR codes, individually, manually.

To "Bungle" and "Just do it", etc.:

Well, like they say, "There's one in every crowd." Assholes, that is. Unfortunately, we seem to be blessed with several, or perhaps only one who is hiding behind multiple identities, none of which have valid e-mail addresses.

How does it feel to be an asshole AND a coward? Does the pre-pubescent satisfaction you feel from getting away with your childish antics unidentified really make up for the shame you feel for your own inadequacies?

Here here Tom! Apparently bungle and just do it were born knowing everything. Makes me wonder why they would even spend time on a forum that is obviously beneath them. I agree with your assessment, he/they are obviously making up for some type of inadequacy that must be so bad that they can only make themselves feel better by ripping on people anonymously. I hope people like Todd totally ignore guys like these!
