Has anyone been able to get their Pronto programmed to switch sources on the Extron SW AR RGB switchers? I know that this unit responds to some kind of external remote control, but I need to enable the switching through my Pronto.
Regards, Brian.

Unfortunately, the Extron SW ARHV switchers do not have IR detectors and therefore do not respond to IR commands directly. That is why IR remote control is an option.
Extron's IR-10 is part of a kit that includes the remote, an IR detector, and an adapter. The detector plugs in to the adapter and the adapter plugs in to the DB25 connector on the rear of the switcher. The adapter converts the IR commands to RS-232 commands, which are then applied to the switcher.
I suppose that if you have the detector and the adapter you can make your Pronto work, but I don't know where the codes are.

I did purchase the Extron IR-10 remote control for an Extron switcher. I simply used the remote that came as part of that kit to teach the Pronto. I now have the Pronto controlling my Extron switcher.
The list price of the IR-10 unit is over $400, I believe. I was able to find a company that would sell it to me for a total of $317 (including shipping). Still a lot of money.
