Hi. I'm curious if anyone is using the Pronto with a Sony receiver that came with their two way remote (like the DB930) and if there are any problems.

Thanks.

You might want to take a look in the file area at all the files for the 925, 930, 935 and 945.

I'm using an RC5000 with my DB930 and I like it a lot better then the two way remote that was provided because it's a lot quicker(you don't have to waite to get info back from receiver) and you can switch sources on the remote without them switching on the receiver.

I use my RC-5000 to control my STR DB-930. No problems. In fact, it works way better than the 2-way remote that the receiver came with.

ther seems to be a handshake associated with the commands. It's been a while but I seem to think it is at the beginning. You may want to learn it on a learning remote first, then pronto.
