The only problem with this is that anyone programming your pronto wouldn't be able to actually test it on your system to work out any kinks. You'd also need to send each and every one of your original remotes. You'd be a lot better off just buying virtual pc (or finding a demo w/crack), this way you'd be able to have your own design, and you wouldn't have to worry about sending your pronto out for reprogramming every time you upgrade your equipment.

If you bought your Pronto through an authorised dealer, they are supposed to provide a service to set it up for you (at a fee). Marantz also make a big deal of doing this for you.

You may want to hire custom installers, who's a member of CEDIA, in your neighborhood. These people will come out to your house. Take inventory of your system. Ask about your requirements for your remote control. Take the remote and programmed them for you. They will then bring it back and test it to your satisfaction, and provide you with a manual. They will charge an hourly fee to program, so you'd want to get an estimate from them. You may also want to get a fixed price bid.
Good Luck.
P.s. This is what I've done with mine. I don't have much time to fiddle around with the programming.
