I just purchased the Pronto. Although it comes with a User Guide, the User Guide does not provide the details necessary to understand the use of the Pronto Edit software. I went to Prontoedit.com and downloaded user manual, but it was the same manual that came with the Pronto. It wasn't the Pronto Edit User Guide. I have also downloaded Pronto Edit software, but it did not come with a User Guide. Where and how can I access a Pronto Edit User Guide? I'm one of those who like to read and understand everything before I mess with something. I don't want to start downloading things into my Pronto without knowing something about it first. Your help in locating this Pronto Edit User Guide is much appreciated.

The pronto edit user guide is on this site. Just go to the PRONTO & RC5000 FILE ARCHIVE ---> DOCUMENTATION & FIXES (bottom of the FILE ARCHIVE page) ---> PRONTO EDIT SOFTWARE DOCUMENTATION (PDF)

It will get you started, not much else. The user guide sucks. This site is more helpful, just use the file section for any questions you might have.
