I recently purchased the Dolby Demo DVD with all seven of the DD trailers. I plan to purchase a dual disc DVD player soon. What I would like to do is program a page with seven buttons, one for each of the seven trailers on the dolby disc. I would like each of the buttons to start up my system, play the selected trailer, change to the movie disc and start the movie. My question is this: Does each button have to be programmed with the entire macro, or is there a way to create one macro that can branch to the selected DD trailer. thanks johnf

Two methods:
1) Make it a multi-step procedure. a) turn on system, b) ask user to select demo, c) start movie.
2) Use aliases. So create one hidden button with a macro to turn on the system. Call that button from seven other buttons. You could time each intro so the Pronto pauses for x number of seconds, then starts the movie (those steps could again be on another hidden button you call from each of the 7 other macros).
The great thing with the Pronto is you can call macros from within macros.
